NPCIP works hard at maintaining integrity in the marketplace by setting accurate, non-biased qualification of ingredients.  NPCIP expects each user of the NPCIP seal to do the same.  However, there are times when some qualified users of the NPCIP seal become un-qualified.  In that event NPCIP wil insist on the immediate termination of the use of the NPCIP seal and NPCIP references and remove all links to NPCIP.

The logo and seal of NPCIP is copywrited and controlled by NPCIP.  Legal authority exists to protect it’s use.
